As the name suggests this is a magazine for the devoted Commodore fan. If you want lots of technical info on how to improve just about any part of your Commodore this is for you. The February 2003 edition covers such diversified items as, "Buyers Guide" (Holden Power Parts), "Do it Your self" (Installing a Tacho) and how to improve the sound system in your car. These articles are clearly written and well illustrated to assist the enthusiast in the various tasks described. The "Feature Cars" Section incudes images of just what has been achieved with hard work and lots of money by some of the contributors. Interesting articles, and some great video footage (on the free CD-ROM) all go together to complete the "Sreet Commodores" package. Aimed at the "hands on" streeter, the down side however is the many and intrusive advertisements. A well produced magazine and is good value at $7.99. |
