Driven, set in the high speed - action world of Cart racing US style, traces the story of a young rookie Jimmy Blye (Kip Pardue) and a former champion Joe Tanto (Sylvester Stallone).

When it becomes apparent that Jimmy is loosing his edge against Beau Brandenburg (Til Schweiger), team boss Carl Henry (Burt Reynolds) decides to act. Henry lures Joe Tanto to the team to help Bly focus on his racing. To further complicate matters Beau breaks up his girl Sophia (Estella Warren) and a love triangle starts when Jimmy makes his move.

Driven has a somewhat predictable story line, however the on track racing and inevitable crash footage are second to none. Highlight of the film are the incredible images of Bly and Tanto racing through darkened city streets, awesome.
