Glenn Seton born May 5th 1965 son of the 1965 Bathurst winner Barry Seton, started his own career in Go-Karts at the age of 14.
In 1982 Glenn drove a Ford Capri to class victories in The Australian Endurance Championship rounds at Amaroo, Oran Park and Surfers Paradise.
After racing a Nissan in 1988 he formed Glenn Seton Racing to drive a Ford Sierra under Peter Jackson sponsorship.
In 1990 Glenn won the Sandown 500, and was second in the Nissan 500 at Eastern Creek clinching the Australian Endurance Championship title. Again at Sydney's Eastern Creek Glenn took out the Winfield Triple Challenge in 1992. During this year work began an all new Glenn Seton Racing Ford Falcon.
After dominating the series in 1993 Seton won his first Australian Touring Car Championship. The same year saw the first win for the Glenn Seton Racing Falcon by taking out back to back titles in the Winfield Triple Challenge at the start of the year.
Bathurst 1995 Glenn and co-driver David Parsons had a near perfect race, only to be let down by engine failure with only laps to go.
Glenn Seton Racing entered 1996 with Ford Credit as a new sponsor and came third in the ATCC, and second at Sandown's Tickford 500. 1997 was Setons strongest year to date, with 10 race wins to earn him the title of Australian Touring Car Champion.
2001 was a difficult year for Seton, but he once again showed his status at Bathurst clocking the fastest recorded time at Mount Panorama (2min 9.6770sec) during qualifying.
